Born from the perfect selection and blending of cooked must and wine vinegar coming from the grapes of Casa Sola, these precious Balsamic Dressing mature for several years in oak barrels, completing the ageing in small barrels made of different precious woods, from which they absorb their characteristic sweet and fragrant taste.
